What this website is
This site is an informational showcase of our studio, portfolio, and design philosophy, along with a way to get in touch with us about a potential project. It doesn't itself offer any service for sale, and nothing on it constitutes a binding quotation, contract, or offer. Project scope, pricing, and timelines are only ever confirmed through a direct conversation and a separate written agreement with our studio.
Intellectual property
Unless credited otherwise, all photography, text, and design on this website belong to Just Build or are used under licence. You're welcome to browse and share links to our pages, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our images or written content, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it, including attempting to scrape, copy, or systematically extract its content, or to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
Third-party content and links
This site embeds a small number of third-party services, including Google Fonts and an embedded Google Map, and may link out to third-party websites such as our social media profiles. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, the content, availability, or privacy practices of those third-party services or sites.

Enquiries submitted through this site
Submitting the contact form or emailing us starts a conversation, not a contract. We aim to respond promptly but don't guarantee a specific response time, and submitting an enquiry doesn't obligate either party until a separate project agreement is signed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
